Meredith Asplundh, RYT 200 is a former college athlete, competitive equestrian, and triathlete. Multiple injuries and chronic pain from overuse is what first lead her to yoga. It was a promise to slow down, breathe, and take better care of her body. With a new perspective on injury prevention and recovery, Meredith currently yoga “trains” elite athletes and sports teams for maximum performance. Most recently Meredith has become “FRC” (functional range conditioning) certified—a program steeped in functional anatomy science to improve joint health, mobility and to safely achieve greater range of motion.
