Jeetesh is a yoga instructor and strength conditioning and a calisthenics enthusiast. He focuses on strength, conditioning, and flexibility of both the body and mind through the use of physical movement and postures, breathwork and mindfulness techniques. His approach is rooted in ‘connection’ with yourself and growing by being aware, intentional and welcoming physical and mental discomfort. He lives and breathes Ashtanga, a dynamic yogic practice he describes as the “practice of life on the mat”.
A former lawyer and management consultant, Jeetesh has transitioned to living and breathing his passion – fitness of the mind and body. After years of working with physical, massage, chiropractic and mental health professionals, he discovered yoga, which set him off on his path to incorporate all his learnings into a unified approach and share his continually evolving and growing practice with others.
