Alana Ash

Alana Ash is dedicated to teaching youth athletes how to strengthen both their minds and bodies. Growing up, she excelled in multiple sports, with a particular focus on soccer. However, during her senior year of high school, she faced a challenging setback when anxiety and physical fragility forced her to step away from the game. This pivotal experience sparked her journey toward understanding the importance of mental and physical health, which she shares in greater detail here.

After regaining her endurance and completing her second marathon, Alana realized a surprising gap in her fitness knowledge—despite being a four-year varsity high school athlete, she couldn’t perform a single pull-up. This realization fueled her desire to master exercise fundamentals and share her insights with others.

Today, Alana is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach with a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology. She is passionate about helping youth athletes maintain their physical and mental well-being throughout their athletic careers and equipping them with tools for lifelong health.

Alana offers private sessions, small group training, and team consultations, working with athletes and coaches to incorporate mindset training as a key component of performance and resilience.
