Movement, in many different forms, have been a constant throughout Eira‘s life. With over a decade in track and field, 5 years of classical boxing, and currently training for the Berlin Marathon this September, she has experienced how different forms of movement shape our relationship with ourselves.
Eira‘s academic and professional background in sexual and reproductive health and rights allows her to approach functional fitness through a unique lens. Having spent years studying theoretical frameworks around the body and agency, she believes in the powerful connection between embodied movement and overall wellbeing.
