Michelle earned her 200 hour RYT certification through LifePower in 2022. She has experience teaching Ashtanga Vinyasa, Vinyasa, and Yin formats, as well as Kids Yoga. Michelle is passionate about allowing the body to determine the practice—because every body is different! Strike up a conversation with her about any one of her many other interests: rock climbing, horseback riding, dancing, skiing, her dogs, & traveling!
